Guest Policy

To ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable environment for everyone, all guests are kindly asked to observe the following:

Guest Identification

• All guests must present a valid government-issued identification document upon check-in.
• International guests and tourists are required to provide a copy of their passport for guest registration and record-keeping.
• Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking, unless accompanied by a parent, guardian, or family member.

Schools & Student Groups

• Students visiting COLDSTONE Resort must be accompanied by responsible school-appointed chaperones throughout their stay.

Resort Rules

• NO SMOKING anywhere on the property.
• NO DRUGS or illegal substances are permitted.
• NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS are permitted.

For your convenience, COLDSTONE Kitchen offers a selection of fresh snacks, soft drinks, beer, and wine available for purchase during your stay.
